Ocean Gloves Corporation manufactures and exports industrial safety gloves, leather working gloves, welding gloves, and customized protective handwear from Sialkot, Pakistan.

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we manage international orders, production schedules, shipping methods, export documentation, and delivery coordination.

We work with importers, wholesalers, distributors, and private label brands seeking reliable bulk glove manufacturing and international supply.

1. International Shipping Destinations

Ocean Gloves Corporation serves customers in major international markets, including:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European countries
  • Australia
  • Middle Eastern countries

Availability of a particular shipping route depends on the destination, cargo requirements, transport services, and applicable trade restrictions.

Our team can discuss other eligible destinations upon request.

2. Available Shipping Methods

We support multiple international transportation methods based on order quantity, shipment size, destination, and customer requirements.

Sea Freight – LCL and FCL

Sea freight is commonly used for wholesale and bulk industrial safety glove orders.

Depending on shipment volume, goods may be transported through Less than Container Load (LCL) or Full Container Load (FCL) arrangements.

Air Cargo

Air cargo may be arranged for samples, smaller quantities, or orders requiring faster international transportation.

Air freight costs and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately according to the shipment.

Freight Forwarding

Where agreed, we coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping partners to organize transportation and export documentation.

3. Manufacturing and Processing Time

Ocean Gloves Corporation’s published typical production lead time is approximately 25–45 days, depending on product specifications, quantity, and manufacturing requirements.

The final production schedule is confirmed individually for each order.

Factors that may affect lead time include:

  • Order volume and product complexity
  • Leather type and material availability
  • Custom branding and packaging
  • Development and approval of samples
  • Product testing requirements
  • Production scheduling
  • Customer-requested specification changes

Production timelines should be calculated from the agreed commencement conditions, including receipt of applicable advance payment and final approval of necessary specifications.

4. Shipping Costs

International freight charges depend on the shipment’s volume, weight, destination, transport method, and agreed commercial terms.

Shipping costs may be included in a quotation or charged separately, depending on the applicable agreement.

Any agreed freight, handling, or insurance charges will be identified through appropriate commercial documentation.

5. Incoterms and Delivery Responsibilities

International shipments may be arranged under agreed Incoterms rules, such as FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA, or other suitable terms.

The applicable rule, named location or port, and Incoterms edition will be specified in the relevant sales contract or proforma invoice.

These terms determine how transportation responsibilities, costs, and the risk of loss are allocated between the parties.

Buyers should carefully review the agreed delivery terms before confirming an order.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international deliveries, customs requirements vary by destination country.

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and related charges will be allocated according to the agreed delivery terms and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any import licenses or permits assigned to them under the relevant transaction.

We provide reasonable assistance with the export-side documentation required under the agreed contract.

7. Export Documentation

Depending on the shipment and destination, documentation may include:

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Bill of lading or air waybill
  • Certificate of origin, where required
  • Relevant product test reports
  • Applicable certification documents
  • Other agreed export or customs documentation

Documentation requirements should be communicated before shipment preparation.

8. Shipping Delays

We aim to meet agreed manufacturing and shipment schedules.

However, international transit can be affected by customs inspections, port congestion, carrier scheduling, weather, and other events beyond our direct control.

Customers will be informed of material changes when they become known to us.

Estimated arrival dates should not be treated as unconditional delivery guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Shipment Inspection and Damage Reporting

Customers should inspect shipments as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.

Visible carton damage, shortages, or apparent shipping discrepancies should be documented and reported promptly.

Where appropriate, customers should retain photographs, damaged packaging, shipping records, and related evidence.

Our team will assist with the review of valid shipment-related concerns according to the agreed shipping terms.

10. Shipping for OEM and Private Label Orders

Customized safety gloves may require additional time for material sourcing, sample development, branding, labeling, and retail packaging.

These requirements will be incorporated into the agreed manufacturing and shipment schedule.

We recommend confirming packaging, carton markings, barcodes, destination labeling, and relevant regulatory documentation before bulk production.
