1. Our Custom Manufacturing Services
We support customers who require gloves manufactured according to their individual designs, specifications, and market requirements.

2. OEM Product Development

Any sample development charges or additional technical costs will be communicated in advance.
3. Minimum Order Quantities

Confirmed MOQs will be communicated through the quotation or proforma invoice.
4. Sample Approval

Where product testing or third-party certification is required, the responsibilities and approval conditions should be agreed before production.
Written sample approval confirms the intended production specification, subject to agreed tolerances and manufacturing requirements.
5. Customer Logos and Intellectual Property
We respect customers’ intellectual property rights.
Logos, trademarks, product designs, and artwork supplied by customers remain their respective property.
Ocean Gloves Corporation uses these materials only as authorized for the relevant development, sampling, manufacturing, or packaging activities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the artwork and intellectual property they submit may lawfully be used for the intended products.
Original product designs, manufacturing methods, and other intellectual property developed independently by Ocean Gloves Corporation remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Private Label Confidentiality
Customer confidentiality is important to our manufacturing relationships.
We take reasonable steps to protect confidential designs, pricing information, technical specifications, and private label production details.
Customer-specific confidential information is not intentionally disclosed to unrelated parties without authorization, except where disclosure is required for authorized services or by law.
Where needed, additional confidentiality obligations may be established through a separate nondisclosure agreement.
7. Quality Control for Customized Gloves
Customized gloves are manufactured according to approved specifications and relevant quality requirements.
Our production process includes appropriate attention to material selection, cutting, stitching, inspection, and packaging.
Product-specific testing and certification requirements must be identified during the quotation and development process.
Our manufacturing quality guarantee and Returns & Refunds Policy remain applicable to qualifying defects in OEM and private label orders.
8. Changes During Manufacturing
Requests to modify materials, colors, sizing, packaging, or artwork after approval may affect production costs and delivery schedules.
Changes should be submitted and approved in writing before implementation.
Where materials have already been purchased or manufacturing work has begun, any associated additional costs will be reviewed with the customer.
9. Bulk Order Packaging and Export
We support packaging and labeling arrangements suitable for wholesale distribution and international shipment.
Depending on customer requirements, this may include branded hangtags, polybags, master cartons, and product barcodes.
Packaging specifications should be confirmed before bulk production.
Shipping terms and documentation requirements will be governed by the agreed order and our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
