Welcome to Ocean Gloves Corporation.

These Terms of Service govern the use of our website, www.oceangloves.com, and provide general conditions for inquiries, quotations, manufacturing orders, and business transactions with Ocean Gloves Corporation.

We are a Pakistan-based manufacturer and exporter of industrial safety gloves, leather work gloves, welding gloves, and custom protective handwear.

By accessing our website or entering into a transaction with our company, you agree to the applicable terms described below, subject to any separately executed written agreement.

1. Company Information

Ocean Gloves Corporation operates from Sialkot, Pakistan, and supplies protective handwear to importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and private label brands.

Our manufacturing capabilities include leather processing, cutting, stitching, product inspection, customization, and export preparation.

Our products are intended for professional and industrial applications according to their individual designs and specifications.

2. Website Use

Visitors may use our website to learn about products, manufacturing capabilities, certifications, and available business services.

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Misrepresent their identity when conducting transactions.
  • Copy or distribute protected website materials without permission.
  • Use our business information for fraudulent activities.
  • Interfere with the website’s security or functionality.

We reserve the right to restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers, and business operations.

3. Product Information

Ocean Gloves Corporation aims to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and manufacturing information.

As our products may be manufactured in different materials, colors, sizes, and constructions, actual product specifications depend on the approved quotation, sample, or purchase documentation.

Photographs are provided to represent products and their visible features.

Minor visual differences that fall within agreed specifications do not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.

Material substitutions, changes to agreed safety performance, or significant product alterations require appropriate customer authorization.

4. Quotations and Order Confirmation

Product inquiries or quotations do not automatically create a binding manufacturing contract.

An order becomes confirmed when its material commercial terms have been accepted through appropriate written documentation.

This may include a confirmed purchase order, proforma invoice, or signed manufacturing agreement.

Order documentation should specify:

  • Product description and specifications
  • Quantities and size breakdowns
  • Agreed unit prices and currency
  • Materials, colors, and customization requirements
  • Packaging and labeling
  • Applicable testing or certification requirements
  • Production schedule
  • Shipping terms and destination
  • Payment arrangements

Where a separately signed contract expressly conflicts with these general terms, the signed contract will take precedence for the relevant transaction.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

Product prices depend on materials, construction, order quantity, customization, packaging, and other quoted requirements.

Our website advertises standard sea-freight payment arrangements of 50% advance payment and 50% against the bill of lading.

The payment schedule for each order will be confirmed in its proforma invoice or sales contract.

Different arrangements may apply to samples, air cargo, trial orders, or specially negotiated transactions.

Customers are responsible for making payments to the verified company banking details supplied through official documentation.

Any taxes, duties, banking charges, or import-related expenses will be allocated according to the agreed contract and shipping terms.

6. OEM and Custom Manufacturing

We offer OEM and private label manufacturing for customers who require customized safety gloves, packaging, logos, and product specifications.

Customers must provide accurate manufacturing instructions and confirm the relevant specifications before bulk production begins.

Changes requested after sample approval or production commencement may affect cost, material requirements, and delivery schedules.

Any additional charges or revised production arrangements will be communicated for approval.

7. Samples and Product Approval

Samples may be prepared to help customers evaluate design, fit, material quality, construction, and specifications.

Sample costs, freight charges, revisions, and development expenses will be communicated in the relevant quotation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving samples before bulk production where sample approval forms part of the agreed process.

Approval establishes the agreed production reference but does not remove our responsibility to manufacture conforming goods.

8. Manufacturing and Delivery

Production schedules are determined according to product complexity, order quantities, material availability, and approved specifications.

Expected production and dispatch dates will be confirmed through commercial documentation.

Shipping may be arranged through sea freight, air cargo, or other agreed methods.

Applicable delivery responsibilities and transfer of risk will be determined by the named Incoterms rule, contract terms, and relevant law.

We will communicate material production disruptions and cooperate reasonably with customers to address them.

9. Quality Assurance and Product Compliance

Ocean Gloves Corporation operates quality and environmental management systems associated with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification.

We also maintain documented social-compliance and supply-chain practices and manufacture glove models with applicable EN 388 testing and other product-specific documentation.

Product performance claims apply only to the models, configurations, and certifications for which they are supported.

Buyers should specify destination-market regulatory requirements before order confirmation.

Our responsibility for agreed product specifications, tests, labeling, and documentation will be set out in the confirmed order.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Manufacturing Defects

Our published manufacturing commitment includes a defect rate below 2%, with a full-refund or free-replacement guarantee if the applicable commitment is not met.

Product complaints are investigated using relevant order specifications, samples, manufacturing records, and supporting evidence.

The procedures for reporting nonconformities, requesting returns, and obtaining refunds or replacements are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service reduces our express written product guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Intellectual Property and Website Content

All original website content belonging to Ocean Gloves Corporation, including company photographs, factory images, product images, written content, graphics, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Visitors may not reproduce, commercially reuse, republish, or distribute protected content without prior written permission.

Customer-owned logos, trademarks, designs, and confidential artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

Where customers provide artwork for private label manufacturing, they authorize Ocean Gloves Corporation to use the material only as reasonably necessary to fulfill the relevant order.

Customers must have the necessary rights to authorize use of any third-party intellectual property they submit.

12. Confidential Business Information

We respect the confidentiality of customers’ commercial information, including pricing arrangements, product developments, technical drawings, and private label requirements.

Confidential information will be used for authorized business purposes and disclosed only when reasonably necessary or legally required.

Additional confidentiality provisions may be established through a written agreement between the parties.

13. Responsible Product Use

Customers and end users should select safety gloves according to their intended working environment and documented product performance.

No glove provides universal protection against every occupational hazard.

Purchasers should review applicable test results, instructions, product limitations, and workplace risk assessments before selecting protective equipment.

Ocean Gloves Corporation remains responsible for its express product representations and agreed manufacturing obligations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be responsible for indirect or consequential commercial losses that are too remote or not reasonably contemplated under the applicable contract.

Any specific limitation of contractual liability should be stated in the agreed sales documentation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable legal obligations.

Our express manufacturing guarantees, agreed refund commitments, and mandatory statutory remedies remain unaffected.

15. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Production or transportation may occasionally be affected by events outside a party’s reasonable control, including natural disasters, major transport disruptions, government restrictions, or other qualifying events.

A party affected by such circumstances should promptly inform the other party and take reasonable steps to reduce disruption.

Any extension, suspension, or cancellation rights will depend on the applicable sales agreement and governing law.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, these Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Disputes arising from manufacturing transactions should first be addressed through direct business discussions conducted in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, the parties may pursue available legal remedies before a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any valid and agreed dispute-resolution provisions.

Mandatory rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in operations, applicable laws, and website services.

Changes published on the website will generally apply prospectively and will not unilaterally alter the terms of an already confirmed manufacturing contract.
